Fixed Mortgage Rates Fall Again

For the ninth out of the last ten weeks, fixed mortgage rates dropped. The 30-year fixed rate is now at 5.62%, down from 6.28% last year. The 15-year fixed rate is at 5.20%, down from 5.62% last year. This isn't going to help ease real estate prices any time soon.
